This is the story of the guaranteed minimum income, a marvelous instrument of civilization (that is a normal practice in the countries of northern Europe) that would allow those who are temporarily unemployed or insecure to have a useful aid to survive at least pending to find a new job. Well, to my great admiration for the Lazio Region in September 2009 issued a call to allow us even this form help especially useful in a particular period like the one we are experiencing. Of course, the news leaked in mid-September and the deadline for submitting application is September 30. Sure to be able to ask questions should come to receive the forms at the post office more often than not even know what we're talking about. But we say they are the inevitable drawbacks of the first time. Ok our unemployed and precarious workers are smarter and faster application, any hopeful to get this welcome relief. Unfortunately, the date on which you had to know the results (December 5), the Region communicates through its website that the deadline was extended. The Province of Rome would give on communication. It should be 'this is not to demoralize our heroes, who undaunted spend their days on the internet waiting for those results. And when it was thought that everything would be decided after the upcoming holiday season, Dec. 15 announced that the site of the province from the day immediately following those that were selected had to deliver the original documents, under penalty of exclusion. And so with another selection (in fact, taken aback motions have no way to collect the necessary documents and deliver the agreed day). At this point, the unemployed and the more precarious accortissimi very fast and more are ready for verification of documentation then get the long-awaited final list and begin to collect their pension promise. But the days go by and nothing happens. The months pass and we arrive in late March (just before the election ... ..) when the site of the Province's a start. It is reported that those admitted are 6900 and provides a first list of those admitted (700). 15 days later comes another list with other selected 1450. The site is full of lists: that of all those who applied, to those who have supplied the documentation of the eligible, in the first 700 admitted, admitted that of the other 1450. The toll free number is assaulted because, past the election, today the remaining 4750 are not news, and the poor switchboard toll-free number of the species are condemned to the gallows for the unemployed and precarious workers who had hoped for a moment of civility and social justice, and instead find themselves once again been the subject of Usually ballet talk, promises, disorganization, superficiality and more. At this point we hope at least that's entitled to what is becoming yet another Italian farce do not receive the elusive guaranteed minimum income when they reached retirement age or, worse, when they are dead.
